Do you guarantee the products you produce?
All products produced by Hamilton Color Lab are guaranteed 100%. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will re-do the order to make it right, or we will cheerfully refund your money.

What are your business hours?
Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 6:pm. We're open on Saturday from 9:00am until 12:00pm for order pick up and drop off. Lab services and lab technicians are not available on weekends without prior arrangements.

Do you accept work from non-professional photographers?
While HCL is a pro lab, we enthusiastically accept work from non-professionals. We offer a wide range of services catering to the imaging needs of both professional photographers, and amateurs as well.

What are your turnaround times?
Turnaround times vary depending on the service being performed, and are noted on the web page for each service. Generally speaking for most services you should allow 72 hours. Rush services are available for most services and applicable charges are added for rush services. When discussing your job with any representative of HCL please make sure that turnaround time is established and clear.

Does your lab provide mailers?
HCL does not provide mailers. We simply do not get enough requests for them. We do keep track of all requests for mailers and may introduce them in the future.
